It’s been paired and my phone recognizes it and says it’s connected, and it’s worked before for voice-dial and such. But now, even when fully charged, my headset doesn’t work. I’ve only had it for 2 days, and it hasn’t been damaged in any way. When I receive calls, the microphone works and the person on the other end of the line can hear me, but I can’t hear them. It’s not muted, because when I press the buttons on the earpiece it makes noise. When I press the calls button, it doesn’t connect to my phone at all, even though there’s a symbol on my phone that says it’s connected… I hear the beep on the earpiece but nothing else, and my phone doesn’t go to the voice dial menu…
Does anyone know what is wrong, and how to fix it? The manual sucks at troubleshooting. I had no problems using it before last night.

If I buy an 3.5mm connector to plug my iphone into my auxiliary input on my car stereo and am playing music, what happens when somebody tries to call me on my iphone? Can I still answer the phone with my bluetooth headset without disconnecting the RCA cable?

When I first plugged it into the charger, it indicated by reflecting a green light that it was already fully charged. I let it charge for about 20 minutes just to see if I could make it connect to my razr cell phone, but my phone is not seeing the signal. Is it possible that the device is defected, especially since it is indicating that it is already fully charged, or is it possible that it needs to be charged for a few hours before it will work for the first time? Thanks in advance for your help.
