My H700 Bluetooth headset worked fine at one time, I have tried to pair and re-pair the thing with my laptop but it won’t route audio through the headset and keeps using my speakers. What can I do?

I’m looking to buy a bluetooth device but am not sure what is better. I’m trying to kill two birds with one stone by getting the S9 for stereo headphones but am worried that it’s gonna suck for talking on the phone. That’s why i was looking to buy the H700. But if anyone has any experience with either or…it’d be awesome to know…Thanx
I guess I would also like to know if the S9 is any good for receiving calls or not.

I ordered 100 Motorola Bluetooth headsets form China. Well during delivery through FedEx the clearance delay is do to they believe they are counterfeit. I assume I have lost the products and I do not want them if they are knock offs. I am just worried what else happens. Will it end there or do they come to arrest you? This is the first time this has happened and I am worried. Any information would be great.

whenever the computer brings up that pop up thing, i click on the one that says find drivers online. It took me to the website to install the drivers but when try to install them it says”No bluetooth device was detected. Make sure that your bluetooth device is plugged in properly in order to continue installation.” But i have a bluetoooth thing built in. If anyone could help that would be great
